Quepos & Manuel Antonio are two separate towns but when travelers drive through, it is hard to distinguish this. When I was driving through, I thought the towns were one and then, realized there were two towns. What caught me by surprise was how beautiful Quepos & Manuel Antonio were and how fabulous the rain-forested hills looked as these swooped down to the ocean.

In fact, this little enclave is absolutely charming and reminds me a little of Italy. There are few other travel locations on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica that are as charming as Quepos and Manuel Antonio, in my opinion. And, this is a travel spot where you could definitely spend a week relaxing and enjoying the views, the ambiance and mother nature. Manuel Antonio National Park offers a fabulous diversity of things to do and there's no shortage of guides and outfitters to take visitors on tours.

• Quepos & Manuel Antonio Condos — La Posada Casa & Bungalows border Manuel Antonio National Park and is a two-minute walk from three gorgeous beaches in the park. There's a pool and Jacuzzi, as well as gardens. The bungalows are equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safety deposit box, tv, dvd, private porches and air conditioning.
• Quepos & Manuel Antonio Condos — Cozy Eco Condos is a vacation rental just outside of Quepos (walking distance) and offers a fully equipped kitchen, maid service and ceiling fan. Week long rentals are priced reasonably.
