• Villas de la Selva is a charming hotel with an awesome view and reasonable rates. If you are traveling as a duo, this rivals the youth hostels.
• Vista Serena Hostel is a hostel designed for young people and has 12 rooms equipped with lockers and fans. Dorms with shared bath start at US49 while private bungalows with shared bath are US$50.
• Wide Mouth Frog is a quality hostel in Quepos and offers dorm and private rooms. The rates range from US$11 to US$40. The private rooms have a fridge, a/c, wardrobe and private bath.
