Jaco villas are beautiful and luxurious. There are some travel destinations in the world that have a long list of villas for rent, but Jaco is not one of those places.

I have defined a villas as something that has a substantial square footage and offers extreme luxury. Of course, the price reflects the luxury and most villas in Costa Rica cost over US$1,500 per night and many cost upward of US$4,000. In my research, I found villas for less money. However, closer inspection of these properties revealed that these were nice houses and not villas. I'll try and stick to the classic definition of a villa for this section and list properties that are villas. But, because there are so few, I think that I might loosen the definition.

There are a few villas for rent in Jaco and they do not disappoint.

Jaco Villas — luxury accommodations that are an alternative to hotels and condos. There are several options in Jaco and are as follows:

  • Jaco Villas — Jaco Beach & Los Suenos Mega Estate is a large property with two houses and contains 8 bedrooms, 7 baths, a gorgeous pool & Jacuzzi. It is not located on a beach, but its beauty makes up for the lack of beachfront.
  • Jaco Villas — Jaco I is the name of a villa complex which consists of four homes joined by a courtyard and swimming pool overlooking the ocean on the south end of Jaco. The homes are in Spanish and Tuscan style and are 4,000 sq. ft. in size.
  • Jaco Villas — Jaco II is a house and breaks the rules that I outlined above, but I have included it because it has a beachfront location.

Jaco condo vacation rentals are also an accommodation alternative if your heading to Jaco on a vacation. Enjoying the added comforts of a larger unit with the modern amenities that make you feel like your at home can add benefits and enjoyment to your holiday.

Jaco has a number of condos or vacation rentals available. These can be found in existing hotels or from separate independent condo owners.
